Xpencer does not save any personal data.
The application temporarily processes the information provided by the user (receipt images, amounts, and expense data) solely during the session operation.
Once processed, such data is not stored, retained, and is not linked to any personal identity.

3. Purpose of Processing

The sole purpose is to allow the user to register and calculate expenses within the active session.

4. Legal Basis

The legal basis for processing is the execution of the service requested by the user, consisting of temporarily processing information necessary to calculate expenses.

5. Data Retention

Xpencer does not retain any data.
Processed data is used in real-time to respond to the user and is not stored in any system once the operation is complete.

6. Recipients and Technological Providers

To process images and extract information from receipts, OpenAI is used as a technological data processor.
No data is shared with any other third party.

7. International Transfers

Processing carried out by OpenAI may imply international data transfers to the United States.
These transfers are performed under appropriate legal mechanisms, including Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
